Every Lilivy visit is thoughtfully reserved for you. To honor the dedicated clinical time, technology, and resources prepared for your experience, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling requests, or significant changes to a scheduled visit.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or significant appointment changes made within 72 hours of the scheduled visit are subject to a late-cancellation fee.
Late-cancellation fees are calculated according to the treatment type and length of the appointment, based on the clinical time reserved for your visit.
Appointment Types and Lengths and associated fees:
A. Medical provider, standard appointment (sixty (60) minutes or less, other than a consultation): $150.
B. Medical provider, extended appointment (more than sixty (60) minutes, other than a consultation): $250.
C. Non-medical provider, standard appointment (sixty (60) minutes or less, other than a consultation or an appointment under item F): $50.
D. Non-medical provider, extended appointment (more than sixty (60) minutes, other than a consultation): $150.
E. Consultation with any provider: $50.
F. Short appointment with a medical assistant (such as labs or body composition testing): $25.
